He is a graduate of Jericho Schools and holds a degree in Business Administration from Nassau University, as well as a Management Degree from the prestigious New York Restaurant School.

Sunny's diverse background includes extensive experience in the restaurant and catering industry, where he managed several successful establishments, including Diwan's in Port Washington, Raj Palace in Great Neck, Anton's in Hicksville, and the renowned Fire Bird Russian Restaurant in Manhattan's Theater District. His leadership in this field helped him develop exceptional customer service skills, which he now applies to his real estate business.

In 2000, Sunny transitioned into real estate and became a licensed New York State Real Estate Salesperson. By 2003, he earned his certification as a Real Estate Appraiser and opened his own appraisal firm in Jericho, NY.
